For shipments to the USA, we are using UPS World Ease, a service from UPS
which avoids your involvement in any import and customs concerns. All
freight costs are prepaid, no charges from UPS or other will apply.
For our schedule on World Ease shipments, please see the message board on
www.engeldolls.com.
Shipping dates however, are subject to alterations. If you are ordering for
a special occasion, please let us know and we'll do our best to supply your
purchase in time.
Upon departure of the shipment, we will provide a link to the UPS website,
where you can track your parcel(s) while in transit.
Delivery to your destination will be usually 2-3 working days after the
scheduled shipping date.
If you would like to have your order included, we request that you provide
to us the proper ordering and payment information latest 5 working days
prior to the shipment date.
On our choice, small orders, like a single dress or wig, might be sent
through registered air mail instead of UPS. If so, shipment is independent
from the posted ship-dates, however, delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks.
